SILVANO SCALVENZI
Silvano Scalvenzi inherited his passion for sailing from a young age, following his father into shipyards. In 1994 he founded Scalvenzi Nautica, specializing in the construction of yachts for third parties and collaborating with internationally renowned brands such as Ferretti Yachts, Azimut Yachts and San Lorenzo. Working closely with high-level executives and professionals, Silvano acquired managerial skills that led him to build large boats.
In 2012, with the foundation of Luxury Yachts Service, Silvano focused on services dedicated to shipowners, providing complete support in the purchase and management of yachts. Thanks to his experience and commercial talent, the company quickly became a point of reference in the sector. Today, Silvano is considered one of the major Italian experts in luxury sailing, with a strong focus on Made in Italy. In 2020 he was appointed Ambassador for Iminds Group, further strengthening his commitment to promoting Italian excellence in the nautical sector.
MARCO VERUCCHI
His past as an Officer of the Guardia di Finanza and his subsequent activity in strategic business development have allowed Marco to develop skills in financial and commercial matters, with a corporate and security approach, in the Luxury & Fashion sector.
Passionate about sailing and an art expert, Marco has been able to merge technical and legal skills with a very peculiar vision that combines aesthetics and functionality, giving Avanguardie a deep knowledge of luxury and elegance and ensuring the creation of a ‘tailor-made’ service for each customer.
For Marco, the interpretation of sailing as an art form and, therefore, an expression of culture, marks the way of approaching the shipowner and his purchasing experience from all perspectives.
